Kaysville City Public Hearing Notice
The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider an application for a zone change for 196 North 200 West and 166 North 200 West from General Commercial to Mixed Use Zoning District Overlay. The combined properties are .71 acres in size and are located at the southeast corner of 200 North and 200 West. The rezone requires a development agreement and the applicant is proposing a two-story 10,280 square foot office building and six multifamily units, three of which are townhomes and three which are studio units. All the residential units will have two-car garages. The proposed site plan and concept renderings are provided for your information.
