Regular Meeting Agenda 1. Meeting Called to Order: - Invocation or Thought by Commissioner Shea - Pledge of Allegiance by Commissioner King - Adoption of Meeting Agenda 2. Meeting Minutes: - Regular Meeting & Work Session for November 7, 2023 3. Public Comment: This is an opportunity to address the Planning Commission regarding items not scheduled for a public hearing on this agenda. Please consider others and limit your comments to three minutes. 4. Public Hearing - General Plan Map Amendment: A request by Cleone Cook for an amendment to the General Plan Map land use designation for approximately 129.48 acres located at approximately 3000 West between 1700 S & 2700 South. 5. Public Hearing - Ordinance Amendment: Proposed amendment to the MXD zone ordinance (Syracuse, UT City Code10.92). 6. Public Hearing - Ordinance Amendment: Proposed amendment to tree trimming specifications. 7. Public Hearing - Ordinance Amendment: Proposed text amendment (Syracuse, UT City Code10.40) for bike parking and electric vehicle charging station regulations. 8. Public Hearing - Ordinance Amendment: Proposed amendment to minimum driveway stipulations (Syracuse, UT City Code 10.40.070). 9. Discussion/Motion - Final Plat: Request by Ryan Beck of Woodside Homes for approval of the final plat for Parkview at Shoreline Phase 4, located at approximately 2400 W 3200 S, containing approximately 6.26 acres in the R-3 zone. 10. Discussion/Motion - Property Acquisition: Proposed real estate purchase contract for property at 1939 W 2700 S comprising approximately 0.35 acre in the R-2 zone. 11. Discussion/Motion - Transportation Master Plan Update: Proposed updates to the Syracuse City Transportation Master Plan. 12. Discussion/Motion - Engineering Standards Update: Proposed updates to the Syracuse City Engineering Standards and Construction Specifications. 13. Adjourn Work Session 1.
