Truth-in-Taxation public hearing regarding the County's intent to levy a tax rate which exceeds the County's Certified Tax Rate in accordance with Utah Code ยง59-2-919(3)(a). The County proposes tax increases in order to fund routine County operations and road maintenance. Truth-in Taxation public hearing regarding County Service Area No. 6's intent to levy a Property Tax Increase in Excess of the 2023 Certified Tax Rate. County Service Area No. 6 proposes a tax increase of 69.37% above last year's property tax budgeted revenues, excluding eligible new growth; Matt Leavitt
Possible approval of Resolution Adopting Final Tax Rates and Budgets Report 800-C Calendar Year Entities for Summit County General, Municipal Services, and Assessing & Collecting, approving a Property Tax Rate Increase in Excess of the 2023 Certified Rate; Matt Leavitt
