Notice of Withdrawal
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees ('Board') of Central Utah Water Conservancy District ('District') approved a Resolution Approving the Withdrawal of Sanpete County from the District ('Resolution'). The Board determined to approve the withdrawal at the request of Sanpete County. The area withdrawn from the District is the entirety of Sanpete County, Utah.
A copy of this Resolution will be available, for a period of 30 days after the publication of this notice, for examination Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, excluding holidays, at the District's Office located at 1426 E. 750 North, Ste. 400, Orem, Utah, and on the District's website at www.cuwcd.gov.
