Approve Minutes of the Previous Meeting b. Approve Purchase Orders, Payroll and Payment of Bills c. Licenses and Permits COMMUNICATIONS AND REQUESTS a. Fire Department Report b. Millard County Commission Report OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL a. Ratify an approval of the city council in the November 21, 2023 city council meeting to accept a proposal from Sunrise Engineering to complete a transportation master plan to be included in the Fillmore City general plan. b. Discuss and possibly accept a grazing lease agreement between Fillmore City and Daniel Peterson. c. Discuss and possibly approve an agreement between Fillmore City and Millard County regarding the Fillmore landfill. d. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 23-21 creating a Utah Inland Port Authority (UIPA) project area within Fillmore City limits.
