Notice of Meeting of the Lindon City Redevelopment Agency The Lindon City Redevelopment Agency will hold a meeting beginning at approximately 7:15 p.m. on Monday, December 4, 2023 in the Lindon City Center Council Chambers, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. Meetings are typically broadcast live at www.youtube.com/user/LindonCity. The agenda will consist of the following: Conducting: Carolyn Lundberg, Mayor (Review times are estimates only) 1. Call to Order / Roll Call (5 minutes) 2. Approval of RDA minutes from October 16, 2023 (5 minutes) 3. Discussion Item - The Council will review and discuss bond bids received from various lenders for the RDA. 4. Public Hearing - Resolution #2023-7-RDA. Consideration for adoption of a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Lindon City Redevelopment Agency (the 'Agency') authorizing the issuance and sale of the Agency's tax increment and sales tax revenue bonds, Series 2023 in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $5,000,000; authorizing and approving the execution of a general indenture, a supplemental indenture, a bond purchase agreement, an interlocal sales tax pledge agreement and other documents required in connection therewith; authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this resolution; and related matters. (10 minutes) Adjourn and reconvene the Lindon City Council meeting. This meeting may be held electronically to allow a council member to participate by video conference or teleconference.
