AGENDA SENIOR CITIZEN ADVISORY COUNCIL MEETING Dec 5, 2023 10:00 am Eagle Mountain Senior Center, 1632 E Heritage Dr. Eagle Mountain Utah 84005 1. Called to order 2. Approval of Minutes 3. Attendance. 4. December activities a. Dec 5 Senior Council Meeting b. Lunches Served 6,13,14,20,21 c. Wednesday art classes, Quilts, and Puzzles d. Lunch Bunch Dec 7 Special at Senior Center e. Christmas light tour Dec 14 to the equestrian park in South Jordan i. Refreshments serve f. Christmas bingo Dec 18th with a pot luck g. Arts and Craft show the 6 from 1 to 4 and the 7th 1 till 6 h. Joye has surgery the 18th she will be taking it easy the rest of the year. 5. January Activities a. Senior Council 2nd at 10 AM b. Lunches served 3,10.11.17,18,24,25, 31 at 12 noon c. Oil painting, puzzles, and quilts Wednesday at 10 AM d. Puzzles and quilts Every Thursday e. Jan 15 bingo pot luck f. Jan 22 Karan's son presentation on electronic devise security. Refreshments?? 6. Report on Assignments a. Horseshoe pit is progressing, we will have a ribbon cutting ceremony when complete, and it is turning out great. b. We need to purchase on more long table and 1 More umbrella c. Thanks giving baskets project was a great success. 23 Baskets Delivered d. A name has been turned in to replace Eva on our board; we are giving her a break from serving us...
