Home Depot Expansion - Conditional Use Permit Amendment and Plat Amendment

Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission in accordance with Sections 10-3-5 and 10-3-18 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on the Home Depot Expansion Conditional Use Permit Amendment and Plat Amendment.
The Summit County Community Development Department has received an application for the Home Depot Expansion Conditional Use Permit Amendment and Plat Amendment, located at 1595 Frontage Rd (Parcel SCO-C-2-AM), Silver Summit, Summit County, UT. The Conditional Use Permit Amendment would allow for the proposed ~2,800 sq. ft. Tool Rental Center addition to the existing ~135,000 sq. ft. Home Depot. The Conditional Use Permit Amendment would also designate outdoor display and storage areas, rental truck areas, and trailer parking areas. The Plat Amendment would allow for the relocation of a sewer easement to accommodate a Tool Rental Center addition to the southern portion of the Home Depot. The public hearing will be held;
