7.1 PRESENTATION/DISCUSSION: INDEPENDENT AUDITOR'S REPORT
The City's independent financial auditor, Keddington & Christensen, will present to the governing body the
scope and outcomes of the annual financial audit for fiscal year ended June 30, 2023
7.2. PRESENTATION: CODE ENFORCMENT UPDATE
Code Enforcement Officer will present to Council on the progress made within the City.
7.3 DISCUSSION/MOTION: APPROVAL OF THE CONSOLIDATED PLAN -
CAPITAL INVESTMENT PLAN PROJECT PRIORITIZATION
A five-year Capital Investment Plan ranking the top priority projects that are eligible for the Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG)
7.4 MOTION/RESOLUTION 23-21: MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH
COMMUNITIES THAT CARE PRGRAM FOR THE PREVENTION PREPARED COMMUNITIES GRANT
7.5 MOTION/ RESOLUTION 23-20 :RESOLUTION GIVING ADVICE AND CONSENT
TO THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM THE CITY OF
WASHINGTON TERRACE TO THE CTY OF WASHINGTON TERRACE
The transfer of property from the City to the City is to clean up title/right of way issues. The parcels are not
considered 'significant properties'.
7.6 MOTION/RESOLUTION 23-19: ADOPTING THE 2023 UPDATED REPORT TO THE
MODERATE INCOME HOUSING PLAN
The City is required to review and update the Moderate Income Housing plan element of the General Plan
annually. The Report is to be submitted to the state after adoption.
7.7 MOTION: APPROVAL OF THE RECREATION, ARTS, MUSEUM, PARKS
(R.A.M.P) 2024 GRANT APPLICATION
7.8 MOTION: APPROVAL OF THE 2024 ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE
7.9 MOTION: BOARD OF CANVASS TO APPROVE THE 2023 MUNICIPAL
ELECTION CANVASS RESULTS
The City Council serves as the Board of Canvass. Official and final canvass numbers will be tallied on
December 5, 2023.
