The Public Hearing will be held in person in the CED Conference Room at West Valley City Hall 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, UT 84119. A Planning Commission Pre-Meeting will be held the day of the Public Hearing at 3:30 p.m.

Study Sessin will be held in the CED Conference a week prior to the Public Hearing on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m.
Preliminary application information will be available here by 6:00 pm on Tuesday, December 5, 2023. Staff analyses, as well as any final application materials, will be available by 12:00 pm on Monday, December 11, 2023.
Testimonies for or against the proposed applications can be provided to the Planning Commission during the public hearing or in writing prior to the hearing. If you wish to submit written comments, please be advised that this should be provided to the Planning Staff member assigned to the application at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting to enable the Planning Commission to properly consider the comments.

GENERAL PLAN CHANGE APPLICATIONS
GP-3-2023 Petition by WEST VALLEY CITY requesting three changes to the Major Street Plan, which is part of the West Valley City General Plan. These changes include: 1) removing 2400/2365 S between 3200 W and Arnold Way (2940 W), 2) adding 2210 S as a 66' right-of-way between 3200 W and Arnold Way (2940 W), 3) adding Arnold Way (2940 W) as a 66' right-of-way beginning at 2100 S and extending to 2365 South.
