PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on a petition to amend the Brigham City Code, Title 29 Zoning to establish a new Planned District chapter, Chapter 29.20 - 1100 South 1100 West Planned District. The petition is associated with a rezone application from A-5 (Agricultural) and GC (General Commercial) to P-GC (Planned - General Commercial) for a proposed mixed-use district with site specific standards and overall development plan. The public hearing will be held Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604.
