Library Business Vote to approve Collection Development Policy Vote to approve Library Material Removal Form Vote to approve Microscope Lending Policy and Consent form Vote to approve Telescope/Binocular Lending Policy and Consent form Discuss needs for Garland City party on Friday, Dec 1: --hot chocolate bar helpers, time? --set up and cleanup helpers, time? --any supplies needed (i.e. water boiling pots like last year?) 6. Board Business Discuss current library staff and director hours: --how many hours allowed per week? --is this sufficient for the tasks required or do they need additional paid hours? --what is the process for recommending an increase in hours? 7.
