Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF 2024 BUDGET HEARING AND PROPOSED RATE INCREASE Of ASHLEY VALLEY WATER & SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Notice is hereby given that the 2024 public budget hearing for Ashley Valley Water and Sewer Improvement District will be held on Tuesday December 19, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the District Office, located at 609 West Main, Vernal Utah. This meeting will be for the purpose of approving and adopting the 2024 budget. Included in this budget is a proposed rate increase of $1.00 a month on water service and $1.00 on sewer service, and usage rate structure. The public is encouraged to attend this meeting. The tentative 2024 budget is available for inspection at the District Office from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
