Description/Agenda: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to sections 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503 U.C.A., that Murray City intends to contract to amend its Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis related to wastewater. The Service Area for this IFFP and IFA are the City's wastewater service areas within the City's boundaries. You are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, amending, adopting, and implementing the referenced documents. To provide information please contact Ben Ford, Wastewater Superintendent at 4646 South 500 West, Murray, Utah 84123 or by email at bford@murray.utah.gov. Any information received should be provided in writing.
