- MILLCREEK MEETING SCHEDULE 2024 All Millcreek meetings are open to the public and held at City Hall, located at 1330 E. Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah 84106, unless otherwise posted. Millcreek Community Foundation 2nd Monday in July Regular Meeting - 7:00 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the city council meeting concludes) July 8 Meeting dates and times are subject to change or cancellation. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during any meeting should notify City Hall, (801) 214-2700 or adainfo@millcreekut.gov, at least two days prior to the meeting date.
