- Agenda Museum of the San Rafael Tuesday, November 28, 2023 , 6 PM Museum of the San Rafael, Castle Dale, UT Conducting and Welcome: Chairman Randy Jensen 1. Approval of Minutes: Tuesday, July 18th, and Tuesday, September 19, 2023 2. Discuss/Approve/Deny: New Hat Display. 3. Discuss/Approve/Deny: Moving Agricultural Cart. 4. Discuss/Approve/Deny: CCC Sign installation. 5. Discuss Bylaws and Board Member positions. 6. Discuss/Approve/Denny: 2024 Meeting Schedule a. Maintenance: Kyle re-keyed the entire museum and the sprinklers were winterized. We are also getting a bid on sealing the windows b. Visitation: September, October and November c. Events: Em Co Paranormal Con: Was a success! We estimated that we had at least 300 people attending throughout the day. Many went through the Museum due to the chilly weather. Thanks to all who helped with the Con!! d. Marketing: Strategic Plan. Discuss having more Events. e. General: We are now fully staffed! Our new Employee is Peggy Farsworth. She is doing GREAT! 6. Adjourn - Thank you for coming!
