NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW A PROPOSED BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2023.
The Board of Trustees of Downtown East Streetcar Sewer Infrastructure District will hold a Public Hearing at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 4, 2023, at the office of Snow Jensen & Reece, P.C., at 912 W. 1600 S., Suite B-200, St. George, UT 84770.
The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on adopting a proposed Budget Amendment for Calendar Year 2023.
Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the tentative budget of any fund.
