Notice is hereby given that the Manti City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing at approximately 6:00 pm on December 12, 2023, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 7.478 acres from the North Gateway Commercial (C-2) zone to the Residential (R-1) zone. The property to be rezoned is located at approximately 850 N Highway 89, directly north of the Manti Temple property. Manti City is initiating the rezone due to a development agreement with the owner / developer of the proposed Temple View Estates subdivision. This rezone request will be reviewed and receive a recommendation from the Planning Commission before being forwarded to the City Council for final action.
