- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING December 7, 2023 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 0.46 acres of property located at 1650 West Gentile currently zoned PB (Professional Office) to R-S (Residential Suburban). If you desire further information regarding this rezone proposal, please contact the Community & Economic Development Department, (801) 336-3780.
