Public Notice Foothills at Francis Gate Annexation The Francis City Council will hold a public hearing on December 14, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Francis City Community Center, located at 2319 So. Spring Hollow Rd. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments and possibly approve the annexation of parcels CD-2003, CD-2001-A, and CD-2003-X. These parcels comprise 6.84 acres on the eastern side of the City's annexation declaration area, near the intersection of Foothill Drive and SR 35. The public is welcome to attend in person and make comment. Comments may also be submitted in writing to Suzanne Gillett, Francis City Recorder prior to 3:00 p.m. on the day of the public hearing or by email to comments@francisutah.org. Conservation Subdivision Code Text Amendment The Francis City Council will hold a public hearing on December 14, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Francis City Community Center, located at 2319 So. Spring Hollow Rd. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments and possibly approve an amendment to Section 17.60.025 Conservation Subdivision, Dimensional Standards. The public is welcome to attend in person and make comment.
