- FIRST AMENDED NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE WASHINGTON COUNTY RAP ADVISORY BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Washington County Recreation, Arts, and Parks (RAP) Disbursement Advisory Board, in St. George, Utah will hold a Regular Meeting in CONFERENCE ROOM 421 AT THE WASHINGTON COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 111 EAST TABERNACLE, ST. GEORGE, UTAH, commencing at 11:30 A.M. on TUESDAY NOVEMBER 28, 2023 1. Welcome 2. Approval of Minutes: November 7, 2023 3. Review of Applications for 2024 RAP Funds Lawmen and Muddy River Gang Write-On St. George Zion Canyon Mesa 4. 2023 Recommendations 5.
