2. Alejandro Luna Minor Subdivision-Alejandro Luna;
Consider a 2 lot minor subdivision for Alejandro Luna located at approximately 1691 North SR 118, Monroe, Utah.
3. Benjamin Allen Minor Subdivision-Benjamin Allen;
Consider a 1 lot minor subdivision for Benjamin Allen located at approximately 4574 South Old Pittsburgh Road, Sevier, Utah.
4. South Valley Ranch Estates Major Subdivision-Final Plan;
Consider a 5 lot major subdivision final plan for South Valley Ranch Estates-Phase 1, for JJ Lund, located at approximately 3250 South Jones Road, Monroe, Utah.
