- Cedar City Board of Adjustment Agenda December 4, 2023 The Cedar City Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting on Monday, December 4, 2023, at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Board Members: Janet McCrea; John Ashby; Chris Bearnson; Chad Carter; Mark Mumford; Dorian Page; Carter Wilkey; Assistant City Attorney Joeseph Farnsworth; Chief Building Official Drew Jackson; Executive Assistant Natasha Nava. 1. Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Approval of Findings of Fact. 4. Request for appeal of staff decision denial of reasonable accommodations for properties located at 908 East Fiddlers Canyon Road, and 991 South Interstate Drive/ Access Foundation Corp.
