- Wohali Phase 2D Resort Unit Preliminary Plan 721 N Icy Spring Road Public notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Council will conduct a Public Hearing to review, discuss, receive comment, and possibly take action on the proposed Wohali Phase 2D, Resort Unit Preliminary Plan, 721 N Icy Springs Road, The Public Hearing is Scheduled on Monday, December 11, 2023, beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Coalville City Hall located at 10 North Main. The proposed Phase 2-D comprising 2.82 acres, 6 golf cabin resort units, private roadway extension and shared driveways within the Village Center adjacent to the existing golf practice range. The Preliminary Plan requires approval from the Council. All interested persons may attend in person or virtually and make public comment. Written comments may also be emailed to Coalville City at cityhall@coalvillecity.org.
