- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at the St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: Consideration of an ordinance to vacate an existing municipal utility easement. This is located in the common area around Lot 3, Avenidas at Hidden Valley. It is proposed to increase the size of Lot 3, taking some of the common area, which is a MUE. The Joint Utility Commission (JUC) has reviewed this request and has recommended approval.
