Center St. Oak City, Utah 84649 Phone 435-846-2707 Notice and Agenda of Oak City Town Board of Adjustments Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Oak City Town Board of Adjustments will hold a Meeting on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Oak City Town Hall in the Conference Room. The following agenda items will be considered: A. Invocation. B. Adopt Agenda. C. Adopt Minutes of Board of Adjustments Meeting held Thursday, March 10, 2022. D. Request a variance to erect a greenhouse into the 25' setback area of the North West corner of the lot located at 90 W. 100 S. - Tyson Hathaway E. Request a variance allowing a house to be built into the 40' rear yard setback at 170 W. 160 S. - Rand Prince/Chris Prince F. Miscellaneous. G.
