a) Public meeting to make the recommendation to the Ephraim City Council regarding the Final Plat Approval for the Child Care at Ephraim Crossing. The applicant,
Camino Verde group, is requesting the subdivision to divide portions of Assessor's Parcel S-6190 consisting of .56 acres and S-6188 consisting of 10.722 acres,

b) Public meeting to make the recommendation to the Ephraim City Council regarding the approval of the Conditional Use Permit for Sunrise Village on 7th. The
applicant is proposing to build a multi-family development on parcel S-64205, approximately, 150 E 700 N. The proposed development would have 5 12-plexes,
each being two stories and consisting of approximately 140 bedrooms, total. Units will range between 1001-1355 square feet. The total height of the buildings
