NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Board will meet Monday, November 27, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. for the projects listed below. City Staff will host the meeting at the Community Hall in the Police and Court Building located at 108 South 100 East in Pleasant Grove, Utah,

Public Hearing to consider the request of Steve Anderson for a site plan for the Thai House Restaurant to add a sunroom, located at 55 East Center Street in the Downtown Village - Commercial Zone.
Public Meeting: Site Plan - Located at 220 South 2500 West
(Sam White's Lane Neighborhood)
Public Hearing to consider the request of Joni Anderson for a site plan amendment to change exterior materials for a commercial building, located at 220 South 2500 West in The Grove Zone - Mixed Housing Subdistrict.
