NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated (UCA) 17-36-11, the Garfield County, Utah 2024 Tentative Budget is available for public inspection at the Clerk/Auditor's office at the Garfield County Courthouse in Panguitch, Utah.
Pursuant to UCA 17-36-12 and 17-36-13, the Garfield County Commission has scheduled a public hearing Monday, December 11, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Garfield County Courthouse in Panguitch, Utah to hold a public hearing for open discussion related to the adoption of the proposed 2024 budget.
Pursuant to UCA 17-16-14, notice is hereby given that a market adjustment increase for all Garfield County employees and elected officials has been included in the 2024 budget.
