MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m. and the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2023 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Joint Work Session with City Council: Chair Les Syme Presiding a. Development Plan for Smart Acres at 2700 West 12th St. b. Development Agreement for Smart Acres. c. Public Infrastructure District for SPB Ventures. d. City Infrastructure Projects. e. Other projects and follow-up. 4. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via email to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the commissioners, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about October 12, 2023. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Marriott Park; and 3) Slaterville Park. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
