PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION CITY COUNCIL - LEGAL NOTICE 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah Thursday, December 14, 2023, 5:30PM NOTICE OF HYBRID IN-PERSON AND ELECTRONIC MEETING: The City Council of Park City, Utah will hold its regular Council Meeting with an anchor location for public participation at the Marsac Municipal Building, Council Chambers, at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060 on Thursday, December 14, 2023. City Councilmembers may participate in person or connect electronically by Zoom or phone. Members of the public may attend in person or participate electronically. Public comments will also be accepted virtually. Written comments submitted before or during the meeting will be entered into the public record but will not be read aloud. For more information on attending virtually and to listen live, please go to www.parkcity.org. PUBLIC HEARING 5:30 PM Item Listed Below May Include Discussion and Public Hearing Re-Open a Public Hearing on December 14, 2023, for Ordinance No. 2023-54 - An Ordinance Approving the North Norfolk Plat Amendment, Located at 1325 Empire Avenue (Knudson Lot C) and Parcel SA-200, Park City, Utah, For Public Comment Limited to Those Unable to Provide Online Comment at the Prior Hearing on November 16, 2023. (A) Public Hearing; (B) Action Notice Posted: November 22, 2023 Notice Published: November 29, 2023 A majority of City Council members may meet socially after the meeting. If so, the location will be announced by the Mayor. City business will not be conducted. Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during the meeting should notify the City Recorder at 435-615-5007 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. *Parking is available at no charge for Council meeting attendees who park in the China Bridge parking structure.
