Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE OF PASSAGE WITHDRAWAL OF ORDINANCES 2021-06 AND 2021-6.5 REPEAL OF MORATORIUM ON BUILDING PERMITS REQUIRING A NEW CONNECTION TO THE CITY'S CULINARY WATER SYSTEM ORDINANCE 2023-04 On November 8th, 2023, at their regularly scheduled City Council meeting, the Oakley City Council adopted Ordinance 2023-04 that withdrew previous ordinances 2021-06 and 2021-06.5, thereby repealing the moratorium on building permits requiring a new connection to the city's culinary water system. The moratorium on new landscaping associated with the issuance of a building permit for new construction remains intact.
