The candidate filing periods are as follows: Type of Candidate or Filing Period Filing Period Information Qualified Political Party January 2, 2024 at 8 am to January 8, 2024 at 5 pm (QPP) candidates Local Board of Education January 2, 2024 at 8 am to January 8, 2024 at 5 pm candidates Registered Political Party January 2, 2024 at 8 am to April 29, 2024 at 5 pm (RPP) candidates Justices and Judges of a Court July 1, 2024 at 8 am to July 15, 2024 at 5 pm Intent to Gather Signatures - QPP January 2, 2024 at 8 am to January 8, 2024 at 5 pm - signatures must be submitted no later than 14 days before the day on which the qualified political party holds its convention to select candidates for the elective office Intent to Gather Signatures - RPP Signatures must submitted no later than April 1, 2024 Please see the attached page for a list of offices up for election and their respective terms, filing fees and filing locations.
