NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE
The MOAB MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT is proposing
to increase its property tax revenue.
- The MOAB MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT tax on a
$432,000 residence would increase from $33.74 to $39.34,
which is $5.60 per year.
- The MOAB MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT tax on a
$432,000 business would increase from $61.34 to $71.51,
which is $10.17 per year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, MOAB MOSQUITO
ABATEMENT DISTRICT would increase its property tax
budgeted revenue by 16.58% above last year's property tax
budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the
tax increase.
