Martain Barbara Cameron Ulrich Brunhart NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Big Cottonwood Canyon Improvement District will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, December 14th, 2023, beginning at 6:00 p.m., at the Brighton Fire Station #108, Brighton, Utah. The proposed agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of the Regular Meeting held October 19th, 2023 2. Adopt the final 2024 District Budget. 3. Confirmation of Officers for the District for Fiscal Year 2024. 4. Set Schedule for the 2024 Regular Meetings of the Board of Trustees. 5. Other Business Dated this 6th Day of November, 2023 Brian Martain General Manager NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing for the 2024 budget of the Big Cottonwood Canyon Improvement District will be held at the Brighton Fire Station, #108, Brighton, Utah, at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 14th, 2023.
