HOLLADAY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold two (2) public hearings on Tuesday, December 5th, 2023 as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. All amendments apply various sections of Title 13 - Land Use Development Regulations of the Holladay City Code. The purpose of the first hearing is to implement new state legislation relating to improvements completion assurances and to comply with provisions of the Utah Municipal Land Use Development Management Act. The proposed amendments would amend various sections of Title 13 as they relate to addressing required changes to mandated subdivision processes. The purpose of the second hearing is to consider a proposal by the Property Owner, Bradley Helsten to amend the Holladay Zone Map for approximately .49 acres of property located at 2051 and 2061 East Murray Holladay Rd., Holladay UT from the current Residential Multi-Family (RM) zone to the Professional Office (PO) zone to accommodate future office redevelopment of the site. The proposed amendments are available for public inspection on the City's website www.cityofholladay.com and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours.
