Description/Agenda: LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Plain City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Thursday, December 14, 2023 - which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at Plain City Hall, 4160 West 2200 North. The purpose of the first hearing is to receive public comment on a on a conditional use permit for a Senior Overlay for Brynlee Acres at approx. 3459 W North Plain City Road. The second hearing is to amend the Commercial Zone Ordinance. More information may be obtained at the City Office. Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearings or to file written comments with the City Recorder at the same address. The hearings will also be accessible via ZOOM.
