TSSD BUDGET MEETING - OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

AGENDA:
1. Approve Oct 4 Meeting Minutes
2. Elect new TSSD Chairman
3. Approve purchase of new Skid Steer machine as backup for Big Blue Tractor, (See Note A)
4. Get on County Council Agenda for Skid Steer approval purchase with 3 competitive bids
5. Consider quarterly invoices to ease a potential 20 % annual invoice increase due to Skid Steer purchase
6. Present and review 2024 TSSD Budget to include Skid Steer financing, Elizabeth Treasurer
7. Review and approve Towing Waiver, Stephen
8. TL lot transfer from TLOA to TSSD update
9. There is one vacancy on the TSSD board. Persons can apply to Summit county. Contact Amy Jones at 435-336-3042
Note A: The Skid Steer machine with blower and blade will provide much needed backup for Big Blue this winter. We had several close calls last winter with Blue that would have left TL with only limited snow removal capability for our 100 + homes. The Skid Steer is also a more versatile machine that can also be used in summer maintenance activities, saving us funds. Cost is about $75k and will be financed over several years.
