NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as
possible, on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, in the Lindon City Center, 100 North State Street, Lindon, UT, to consider the following items:
Amendments to the Lindon City Subdivision and zoning codes as found in the following Titles: 17.32 -
Subdivision Code, 17.02 - definitions, 17.08.090 - City Council Review, and 17.09 and Table #1 - Land Use and Appeal Authorities. The proposed amendments are in response to the Utah Legislatures adoption in 2023 of Senate Bill 174 and House Bill 406. Application is made by Lindon City.
An amendment to the Lindon City Standard Land Use Table to allow gun ranges as a permitted use in the
Lindon City Heavy Industrial zone. Application is made by Justin Jacobson.
All interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comment regarding this petition.
Interested parties are encouraged to provide written testimony prior to the meeting at
planningdept@lindoncity.org. Anyone interested can view the meeting through a live broadcast at
