Notice is hereby given that the Duchesne County Planning Commission will meet at 5:00 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers, 734 North Center Street, Duchesne, Utah, on December 6, 2023, to conduct a public hearing on a request by Ovintiv USA Inc., on behalf of Blue Diamond Proppants LLC, for a conditional use permit to operate an industrial sands processing facility, located in Arcadia.
