IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Modification or Revocation of Conditional Use Permit - Dog/Cat Kennel The Iron County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action during their regularly scheduled meeting, on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 5:30 PM at the Festival Hall located at 105 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah. The hearing is to receive public comment on a Conditional Use Permit modification or revocation - 'Kennel' Dogs & Cats issued July 7, 2022 - Located at approximately 4240 N 6900 W Beryl, Utah 84714. Property owner: Nefertari Salcido Approximately 40.00 acres located within the SE1/4 SW1/4 Section 1, T35S, R18W, SLB&M, Iron County, UT (APN: E-1723-0003-0000). Property zoned A-20.
