Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct public hearings as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. In the following order: 1. The Council shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval resolution 2023-09 authorizing Wellsville City to provide retirement payments for city employees with over 30 years of service. 2. The Council shall receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution 2023-10 adopting the Wellsville Trails and Active Transportation Plan. 3. The Council shall receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution 2023-11 requesting the recertification of the Wellsville City Justice Court.
