- NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE SUMMIT COUNTY SERVICE AREA #6 The SUMMIT COUNTY SERVICE AREA #6 is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The SUMMIT COUNTY SERVICE AREA #6 tax on a $1,216,000 residence would increase from $131.75 to $223.14, which is $91.39 per year. - The SUMMIT COUNTY SERVICE AREA #6 tax on a $1,216,000 business would increase from $239.55 to $405.72, which is $166.17 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, SUMMIT COUNTY SERVICE AREA #6 would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 69.37% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
