NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF CORAL JUNCTION PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON November 20, 2023 AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770

A. Call to Order
B. Consent Items
1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on October 9, 2023.
2. Approve outstanding payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting (if any).
C. Action Items
1. Consider approval of a proposed amendment to the operating and capital budget for calendar year 2023 (if needed) and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same.
2. Consider adoption of the tentative operating and capital budget for calendar year 2024 and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same.
D. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Review most recent quarterly financial statements, prepared by CLA.
