REGULAR MEETING OF THE VINEYARD ARCH COMMISSION Thursday, November 16th, 2023, 6:00 p.m. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard City ARCH Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, Utah. REGULAR SESSION 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. STAFF, COMMISSION, AND COMMITTEE REPORTS 2.1. Anna Nelson 3. CONSENT ITEMS 3.1. Approval of August 17, 2023 Meeting minutes 3.2. Approval of August 21, 2023 Meeting Minutes 3.3. Approval of September 21, 2023 Meeting Minutes 4. BUSINESS ITEMS 4.1 DISCUSSION AND ACTION - SHADE TENT DESIGN Parks and Recreation Director Brian Vawdrey will present options for shade structures at Grove Park and Penny Springs Park. The ARCH Commission will take appropriate action. 5. WORK SESSION 5.1 LAKEFRONT PROJECT ARCH Commissioner Bronson Tatton will present potential plans for the lakefront in hopes of gaining feedback from the ARCH Commission. No action will be taken 5.2 PREVIOUS AND UPCOMING EVENTS City Special Event Manager Anna Nelson will lead a discussion on BOO-A-PALOOZA, the Tree Lighting Ceremony and Vineyard Days. A committee will be requested for Vineyard Days. No action will be taken 6. ADJOURNMENT The Public is invited to participate in all ARCH Commission meetings.
