- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REQUEST To hear public comment regarding a proposed Land Use Text Ordinance change to the Subdivision and Administration and Procedures Codes. BACKGROUND DATE/TIME AND PLACE The purpose of the proposed amendment is to comply with Senate Bill 174 (2023) Subdivision Process for Single Family, Two Family, and Townhome Dwellings, as well as improve the Subdivision and Administrative Procedures Codes. The Bountiful City Council will hold a public hearing for this item on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. The public hearing will start at approximately 7:00 PM in the Bountiful City Council Chambers, 795 South Main Street, Bountiful, Utah. COMMENT Any person having interest in these matters may attend and be heard during a public meeting.
