- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on October 24, 2023, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 23-40: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7-14-403 OF THE WEST VALLEY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO AMEND CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING THE 5600 WEST GATEWAY OVERLAY ZONE.' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
