- Library Board Meeting Agenda November 16, 2023 5400 W Civic Center Dr Highland, UT 84003 7:00 pm The regularly scheduled Library Board Meeting for November 16, 2023 has been CANCELLED. In accordance with Americans with Disabilities Act, Highland City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. ELECTRONIC PARTICIPATION Members of the City Council may participate electronically during this meeting.
