REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) for
SPRING LANE PARK ADAPTIVE RE-USE PLAN
The City of Holladay is seeking qualified architectural firms or teams to prepare and complete an Adaptive Re-Use Plan for the potential conversion of the former site of Spring Lane Elementary School owned by Granite School District and located at 5315 S 1700 E, Holladay, UT 84117 into a City-leased and operated public park.
The Project will primarily include a site assessment, public engagement, possible analysis of revenue-producing uses, a draft plan, a final plan, a project budget, and an implementation strategy. Proposers must digitally submit their proposal by Friday, December 15, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. Noon MST. Only submissions by email will be accepted. Send your proposal by email in a single PDF, that includes the complete proposal of all required information and documents, to hsmith@cityofholladay.com with the email subject 'Proposal for Spring Lane.' Proposals will not be publicly opened or read. No proposal will be accepted after the closing date and time.
