PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Boards of Trustees (the 'Boards'), of Mount Ogden Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-3 (the 'Districts'), will hold a joint meeting of the Boards on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, commencing at 1:00 p.m., at 3925 Snowbasin, Ogden, Utah, 84403 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda.
I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
A. Call to order.
II. FINANCIAL MATTERS
A. Consider adoption of the tentative operating and capital budget for calendar year 2024 and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same.
III. OTHER BUSINESS
IV. ADJOURNMENT
